Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Presales Consultant with a specialized focus on Supply Chain Design to join our innovative team. As a Presales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with our sales team to understand client requirements, showcasing the capabilities of our supply chain solutions, and providing technical expertise during the pre-sales process. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate the value proposition of our supply chain design solutions to potential clients, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to customer.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise:
Develop a deep understanding of our supply chain design solutions and stay updated on industry trends.
Collaborate with the product development team to provide insights for continuous improvement based on client feedback.
Presales Support:
Work closely with the sales team to identify client needs and tailor presentations and demonstrations to address those specific requirements.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of our supply chain design solutions.
Client Engagement:
Engage with potential clients to gather technical requirements and assess the feasibility of our solutions for their unique supply chain challenges.
Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor in understanding their business goals and aligning our solutions accordingly.
Solution Design:
Collaborate with clients to design and propose customized supply chain solutions that address their specific challenges and objectives.
Provide technical guidance and support in the creation of proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the effectiveness of our solutions.
Knowledge Sharing:
Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our supply chain design offerings.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies, sharing insights within the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Presales Engineer with a focus on supply chain design solutions.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and optimization techniques.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in supply chain design (e.g., simulation software, optimization tools).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
