Wulftec is pleased to announce that for the first time ever at a MHI show, we will be exhibiting two all-electric stretch wrappers. On display at our booth B7911 at MODEX 2024 will be the all-electric automated high profile SMHPA and the fully automatic rotary arm WCRT-200 stretch wrappers.
Innovation Statement
The “all electric” fits well with our customers’ sustainability goals. Why use electricity to generate compression with an efficiency reduction (+/-20%) and potential air leakage, when you can use only electric components.
Applicability
Our all-electric solution features Festo electric cylinders which reproduce the exact same movement as our standard pneumatic cylinders, without adding complexity to our machines. The electric cylinders are known to have a longer life expectancy and perform better in environments where dry air is an issue. No more filter regulator required or air pressure gauge to monitor. This is the solution for warehouses where air lines are not available or limited, new constructions where savings justification may be the elimination of an air line or compressor need.
