Innovation Statement
• The solution applies 3D local slam technology based on deep learning, which reduces the absolute trajectory error and relative pose error of autonomous forklifts during operation in dynamic environments, improves the positioning accuracy and system robustness, and can still easily cope with large deviations in Trailer Truck parking positions (left and right deviation of the front of the vehicle =500mm, left and right deviation of the rear of the vehicle =±350mm).
• 3D perception technology and servo control technology based VNST20 autonomous forklift adopts a narrow-body design to ensure the placement density of goods in the Trailer Truck, the gap between goods can reach 0mm, and the space utilization rate of the truck can reach up to 95%.
• Functional modular design optimizes the full-chain delivery process from assembly, mapping to debugging, effectively shortening the delivery duration.
