Summary of Innovation
OmniTruck, the patented Tricycle Lifting Suspension Transporter, targets specialty market applications in the sub-50 Ton range. Several configurations are available based on the tricycle technology in varying degrees of complexity and cost, opening the doors to a huge new market previously unexplored by the Self-Propelled Modular Transporters (SPMT). The OmniTruck utilizes one, two, or more of the improved, self-loading, omni-directional OmniAxles. The OmniAxle is the next generation of the original Uniload® axle assembly which revolutionized how NASA, the U.S. Navy, nuclear power plants and aerospace companies precisely move ultra-heavy payloads of 50-tons through 250-tons with great dexterity. This new smaller generation of heavy transporters are targeting a much broader market of similar applications ranging from 10-ton through 250-tons.
Our OmniTruck in plant (IP) transporters are designed to lower down and drive underneath stand-supported loads. When in position, they lift the loads clear from the floor and drive in ANY direction. The fluid equalizing suspension guarantees that every wheel is carrying only its share of the load without ever creating overload conditions on the floor.

Applicability
The OmniTruck is ideal for constrained manufacturing situations with low overhead clearance applications for handling loads too big or heavy for forklifts and most cranes.
