The Continental AMR IL 1200 is the go-to solution for simplifying material handling processes in manufacturing plants, warehouses or distribution centers. Thanks to its intelligent software and its state-of-the-art hardware, the AMR can speed up to 2 m/s and transport different kind of loads, like pallets or carts, with up to 1,200 kg (2.600 lbs) autonomously.
The robust vehicle is equipped with proven technologies: lidar sensors for 360-degree coverage of the environment, 3D-camera systems, intelligent software and an optional ultra-wide band transmitter for precise live tracking of the AMR in the fleet management system. It independently executes transport orders, bypasses obstacles and identifies alternative routes. The optional fleet master control enables the integration of the Autonomous Mobile Robots into the operational environment and coordination of the transport orders. The fleet manager also monitors the charging status and strategy of the vehicles to guide them to the charging station and allowing to make use of opportunity charging.
