• Grenzebach sets new standards in intralogistics with the new FF1200S forklift AGV
• The company provides an innovative solution for the automated transportation of Euro pallets
• Easy installation, operation, and maintenance make the FF1200S a future-oriented choice for companies that rely on efficient and safe logistics solutions
HAMLAR/Germany. Introducing the new automated forklift (forklift AGV) from Grenzebach, a leading supplier of automated guided vehicle systems. The innovative
FF1200S forklift AGV was explicitly developed to transport Euro pallets and similarly sized goods carriers efficiently. According to the company, the vehicle is setting new standards in intralogistics. It offers numerous advantages for companies, for example, in the automotive industry, mechanical engineering, warehouse logistics and the manufacturing industry, which rely on automated solutions. At the same time, the vehicle remains true to the company values: Easy to Install, Easy to Use, and Easy to Maintain.
Ideal for automated parts transport and goods-to-person solutions
Featuring a maximum lifting height of approx. 1,200 mm and an impressive payload of up to 1.2 tons, the automated forklift from Grenzebach enables the smooth and efficient transport of Euro pallets and similarly sized goods carriers. With a speed of 2.0 m/s and a small turning radius of 1,450 mm, the forklift AGV offers a fast and agile transport of goods.
The commissioning of the FF1200S is straightforward, given that one of the outstanding features of the FF1200S is how easily it can be integrated into existing intralogistics solutions. Due to free contour navigation, installing safety areas is unnecessary. Companies can commission the forklift AGV quickly, as it was explicitly developed for easy handling and minimal training requirements. Logistics processes are easily created via a guided app on any end device.
Further benefits and optional features
Personnel safety and automation are closely linked at Grenzebach. Featuring a Blue Spot and two lidar laser scanners, the forklift AGV provides maximum safety and prevents collisions with obstacles in the area. The 3D vision system detects interfering factors from approx. 50 mm to prevent transport damage. Thanks to autonomous goods carrier detection with artificial intelligence, the vehicle can easily detect inaccurately positioned goods carriers and pick up loads autonomously.
The FF1200S forklift AGV features compact dimensions for space-saving use. On request, communication with the universal control system can take place either via WLAN or 5G. Combined with 48 V DC lithium power, the FF1200S is designed for high-performance 24/7 use in everyday industrial applications.
Intelligent software solutions from Grenzebach, such as the Warehouse Control Systems, the universal control system, the Fleet Manager, the Security Manager, or Statistics, also enable optimum analysis of the vehicle data and support the overall process. Companies can also flexibly and independently adapt their logistics processes to changes in the production process, for example, by using a longer fork, thereby increasing their autonomy and independence.
